I loved my extraordinary childhood…
I have been goal oriented and passionate about making a difference since day one. I was organizing community events, gathering items of need for hurricane victims and a regular at the baseball field all before kindergarten and before I finished elementary school, I was a regular on the red carpet and had years of experience interviewing celebrities, was a competitive dancer, competed in beauty pageants, a soccer player and a basketball player. By the time I completed middle school, I had my own clothing line, was fully educated on private label, was learning web design and marketing, networking with industry executives, was a competition cheerleader and a lacrosse goalie. Before I graduated high school, I had written my first book, celebrated a decade of my annual toy drive that included students and community businesses and professional organizations, was a regular volunteer with United Way and Make-A-Wish.
As a student at LSU, I enjoyed being a print and online published entertainment reporter for the LSU Reveille Newspaper, being a member of the student organizations Student Philanthropy Council and Public Relations Society of America, and volunteering in the community all while continuously being recognized on the President’s List and Dean’s List. In August of 2021, I earned the amazing opportunity of becoming an LSU Athletic Communications Student Assistant. My experiences combined with obtaining a dual major in Mass Communication | Public Relations and Sports Administration | Sports Commerce with a minor in Business, has allowed me to build a solid foundation for a career in sports management/public relations. As I continue navigating my way through my collegiate years, I look forward to opportunity! I look forward to learning and gaining experience through internships, networking and soaking up as much as I can.
I am a lover of the written word and enjoy geeking out on history, sports statistics as well as Harry Potter, Star Wars, DC Comics and Marvel too. I am a die hard sports fanatic and love being at the game, any game. As the older sister to three highly competitive baseball playing brothers, I have a complete understanding of an athletes life. I understand the drive, dedication, sacrifices and schedules of athletes and the importance of having a trusted person to oversee their image, opportunities, as well as mental and physical well being and that lead me to my chosen career path in the sports industry.
I truly love being an author and I love that my books are enjoyed and read by millions or readers around the world. When I am not studying or working, you will find me writing and bringing my imagination to life one word at a time. I hope to one day to be known as a New York Times Best Selling Author and because I am extremely determined, I know it is more a question of when rather than if.
I believe my greatest assets are my dedication and determination. I have no fear of a challenge, digging in, setting goals and solving problems. I am loyal, honest and I don’t sugar coat. I thrive in fast paced environments, I love thinking outside the box, creating and making a difference.
